All purchases made on BEEJ Toys are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Normal wear and tear after use

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
